HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE PLACE ONCE MY ORDER IS SET?
1. If you pre-ordered please expect to receive your order based on the dates provided through our social media page.
2. If this is a regular order please allow 3-10 business days to receive; also be aware of the order volume load we have.
3. For those that would like to receive their orders ASAP, there will be an extra charge once you checkout for express shipping. Be sure to select this option.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept almost all payments, even apple pay.
WHY DO YOU NOT ACCEPT CASHAPP OR ZELLE?
We have found that this is the least secure way to accept payments. We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope that this will be an okay transition for many of our customers as we thought of your best interest.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do ship internationally; however extra fees will apply depending on the weight of the shipment and destination.
I ADDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
Please notify customer service immediately. GO TO CONTACT US> FILL FORM OUT> AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. Please fill this form out when you notice this problem immediately, as nothing can be done once the order is shipped.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER; AM I ABLE TO CANCEL?
Unfortunately, once orders are placed, we are unable to cancel your order.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT CAN I DO THIS?
Yes, you can return but will have to pay the shipping fee. Depending on situation and quality of return you will also receive store credit upon the reasoning of return.
WILL SOLD-OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
At the moment, we are not restocking past dropped items. ENJOY THE BEAUTY IN DIFFERENT DROPS.
